This Whistleblower Portal is designed to enable whistleblowers with information relating to Anthony Chan’s frauds:

• to report information about hitherto unknown frauds perpetrated by Anthony Chan
• to report information about assets of Anthony Chan against which victims could enforce their judgments in civil fraud proceedings
• to do so anonymously if so desired
